About zinc aluminum magnesium coating:
The coating of 10mm zn-al-mg steel coil is composed of zinc (Zn), aluminum (AI), and magnesium (Mg) that are dried and solidified at high temperature to form a dense ternary carbide structure, thereby forming a dense layer on the surface of the steel plate that effectively prevents corrosion.
Zn-al-mg steel coil were originally developed to replace some stainless steel coil. Although stainless steel sheets have very good corrosion resistance, they are too expensive; while other hot-dip galvanized series steel sheets have good surface corrosion resistance. In addition to being inferior to stainless steel plates, the most important thing is that the maintenance capabilities for damaged cross sections or coatings are poor.
