The production equipment at the Tianjin factory base includes 51 black high-frequency welded pipe production lines, 10 hot-dip galvanizing processing lines, 3 spiral welded pipe production lines, 1 JCOE1420 straight seam steel pipe production line, 10 photovoltaic bracket C-shaped steel production lines, and 6 work stations There are 12 drilling machines and 4 9-station drilling machines, as well as 2 U-shaped steel photovoltaic brackets and 4 U-shaped steel drilling machines.

The production equipment at the Tangshan factory base includes 1 steel coil pickling line, 2 cold rolling six-continuous rolling production lines, 2 slitting units, 3 steel coil zinc-aluminum-magnesium galvanizing lines, 6 square and rectangular pipe production lines, and welded pipe production lines 6 production lines, 10 zinc-aluminum-magnesium square and rectangular tube production lines, and 2 long product hot-dip galvanizing lines. In addition, Tangshan Rio Tinto also owns 12 square and rectangular tube units.

Productive Capacity

Regarding our production capabilities, the first is the production of zinc, aluminum and magnesium coils. We have advanced rolling mills and cutting equipment, which can produce coils of various specifications to meet the different needs of customers. At the same time, we are also equipped with advanced surface treatment equipment, capable of performing different types of coating treatments to give products better corrosion resistance and surface quality.

Yuantai ZMA coil is a flat carbon steel product coated on both sides with zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy. The alloy from Yuantai Group consists of 1.5% magnesium, 2% aluminum and combinations of 3% magnesium and 6% aluminum or higher, and is applied through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. This optimal chemical composition was chosen to provide the best results in terms of corrosion resistance. Yuantai ZMA offers a wide range of steel grades: steels for cold forming and deep drawing applications, structural steels and high-strength low alloy steels. The production equipment includes 1 hot-rolled steel coil pickling line, 2 cold-rolled six-continuous rolling production lines, 2 zinc-aluminum-magnesium galvanizing lines with 1.5% magnesium and 2% aluminum, and 2 lines with 3% magnesium and 6% aluminum or more. Advanced Technology
