1. Installation of columns and inclined beams: First connect the columns and inclined beams on the ground with triangular connectors, and then tighten them with bolts. Then lift the assembled column and inclined beam combination, and place the column on the pile top sleeve. Use a slope measuring instrument to make adjustments on the inclined beam. After adjusting the height, tighten the sleeve bolts. Fix the uprights and diagonal beams at both ends.
2. Installation of purlins: Use bolts to fix the purlins to the inclined beams, and hang long thin wires on the upper and lower ends of the inclined beams. 4. Installation of modules: Pre-tighten the clamp first, then position the photovoltaic module and tighten the clamp. 5. Installation of tie rods: Straight tie bars and rear column tie rods can be installed after the components are installed. First pass the straight pull strip through the reserved hole, and then tighten it with bolts. To install the rear uprights and inter-column tie rods, first connect the rear upright tie rods to the inter-column tie rod hoops, then connect the inter-column tie rod hoops to the rear uprights, and finally tighten them with bolts.
