Zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel tube is a new type of high-strength lightweight metal material composed of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and other elements. Manufacturing process: The manufacturing of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel pipes is mainly divided into three processes: casting, extrusion and rolling. 

1. Casting process: Casting process is one of the most commonly used production methods, with the advantages of low cost and short production cycle. During the casting process, molten metal liquid is first injected into the mold, and after cooling and solidification, the zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel pipe can be obtained.

2. Extrusion process: The extrusion process is a method of extruding metal rods through metal dies. Because the extrusion process has the advantages of high efficiency and easy operation, it is widely used in the production of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel pipes.  

3. Rolling process: The rolling process is a method of rolling metal bars back and forth in a roller machine to achieve manufacturing purposes through deformation. The rolling process can improve the density and hardness of zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel pipes and has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost.
