1. Good corrosion resistance:
Zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating has significantly better plane corrosion resistance than galvalume and hot-dip pure zinc. Under neutral salt spray test conditions, the time for red rust to appear on zinc-aluminum-magnesium coatings is on average more than 50% longer than that of galvanized coatings with the same coating thickness. The corrosion resistance is 10 to 20 times that of hot-dip galvanized steel plates, and 5 to 8 times better than hot-dip galvanized -5% aluminum alloy steel plates.
Notch Corrosion Resistance High Al-Zn Al-Mg coating has significantly better notch corrosion resistance than Zn-Al-Mg coating. Under neutral salt spray test conditions, the greater the zinc ratio index, the greater the improvement in corrosion resistance of the high-aluminum-zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating compared to the aluminum-zinc coating.
2. Good stamping processability
Compared with hot-dip galvanized steel, its coating has high hardness and smooth surface, so its stamping performance is excellent, thereby improving production efficiency.
The edge margin after zinc-aluminum-magnesium processing is small, which shows the excellent stretch forming properties of zinc-aluminum-magnesium.
3. Reduce costs
