Tianjin Yuantai Derun Steel Pipe Manufacturing Group successfully won the bid for the power supply configuration project of the UHV transmission base in Qinghai Province, and the power engineering infrastructure AC energy storage for the photovoltaic project of the 10 million-kilowatt new energy base (one district and two parks) photovoltaic project in Qinghai Province system, and became the only supplier of structural round pipes for the project's initial stage of 130,000 tons and nearly 1 billion yuan.

In October 2019, Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group successfully won the bid for the Qinghai Province UHV transmission base power supply configuration project and the Qinghai Province 10 million kilowatt-level new energy base (one zone and two parks) photovoltaic project power engineering infrastructure AC energy storage system, becoming the only supplier of structural round pipes for the project's initial 130,000 tons and nearly 1 billion yuan (usd 140,428,000.00). The total initial investment of this project is 7.197 billion yuan, with a total installed capacity of 1000.05MWp. The project matrix consists of 13 photovoltaic power generation areas. It is announced that 322 sub-array battery components will be installed, using 340Wp, 400Wp, 410Wp, 415Wp, 420Wp, 430Wp, monocrystalline Double-sided modules, totaling 3,222,000 pieces. 4,843 175kW string inverters and 1,619 225kW string inverters were selected; 322 35kV box-type transformers; a total of 322 sets of energy storage units (one energy storage container for each sub-unit); 1-1 box transformers #~13# The 35kV aggregation station adopts direct buried cable laying, and the cable length is 100322m.
