Photovoltaic bracket is a device specially designed and installed in solar photovoltaic power generation system to support, fix and rotate photovoltaic modules. In order to achieve the best power generation efficiency, photovoltaic bracket needs to consider the terrain, climate and solar energy resource conditions of the construction site to determine the orientation, arrangement and spacing of photovoltaic modules. According to whether it can track the rotation of the sun, photovoltaic brackets can be divided into fixed brackets and tracking brackets.
The upstream of the photovoltaic bracket industry mainly involves bulk metal materials, such as steel and aluminum, and other raw materials such as galvanizing, mechanical and electronic components. The midstream is the manufacturing link of photovoltaic brackets. Since the production of photovoltaic brackets is usually non-standardized, the midstream usually adopts three modes: R&D design plus production and manufacturing, R&D design plus outsourcing or production OEM. The downstream of the industry is mainly the development and construction of photovoltaic power stations and subsequent operation and maintenance needs.
In terms of the regional development pattern of the global photovoltaic bracket industry, it presents a competitive situation of multiple blossoming global markets led by the United States. From the perspective of the global market, the photovoltaic industry is still in a period of rapid development. As a special equipment in the photovoltaic power generation system, photovoltaic brackets will still have a high growth in the future.
In the past few years, the United States has become the world's main application market for photovoltaic brackets, especially tracking brackets, due to its advantages in technology and market resources. The US market accounts for nearly half of the global tracking bracket market share, accounting for 49%, followed by China and Brazil, accounting for 15% and 5% respectively.
Solar photovoltaic brackets need to be exposed outdoors and are exposed to wind, rain (snow) for a long time. Especially now that there is acid rain, air pollution and other environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious. At present, galvanized steel plates and stainless steel are mainly used as bracket materials. However, most galvanized coil manufacturers have backward production processes, and the products they produce are rough, the surface quality does not meet the standards, and the zinc layer is easy to fall off. Various problems emerge in an endless stream, and most manufacturers are caught in a price war, with low prices and poor quality. The cost of stainless steel is too high. Zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plates, composed of dense alloy coatings, are the most sophisticated coating materials on the earth today. They are relatively good coating materials. They have characteristics that galvanized plates and aluminum-zinc plates do not have. Under the same coating conditions, the service life of zinc-aluminum-magnesium is 10 to 20 times that of galvanized. The original purpose of zinc-aluminum-magnesium is to use a thin coating of metal to achieve the effect that a thicker zinc coating can achieve. It has a long service life, and the coating on the cut part is self-healing, and does not require post-plating and post-processing procedures, effectively ensuring the life of the bracket for more than 25 years.
